Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our store and added to your order total. Orders are processed only once payment is confirmed in full.
Delivery Areas
We deliver via our trusted partners across Gauteng. You'll be contacted within 48 hours of your purchase to arrange delivery. For deliveries to other regions in South Africa, please contact us directly to discuss options.
Stock Availability
- In stock: Orders are dispatched the same day or next business day, once payment is confirmed.
- Out of stock: Please allow 7 to 20 working days for manufacturing, plus delivery transit time.
Delays
We do everything possible to ship orders promptly. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, Sleep Lifestyle will keep you informed every step of the way. We are not liable for delays caused by stock or capacity shortages beyond our control, but we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you on next steps.
